Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Out of respect for other clients and to ensure that all appointments run on time, those arriving 10 minutes late or more will receive a shortened version of their service.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me enough time to offer the slot to other clients.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No calls/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
