Cancellation Policy
A $25 deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice. No calls/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. Out of respect for other clients and to ensure all appointments run on time, arrivals 10 minutes late or more may receive a shortened version of the scheduled service.
