Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure I can serve all of my clients, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service. Missed appointments without notice will be considered a No Show and will be charged 100% of the service price. Appointments more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled and are subject to the No Show policy.
